Transmittal of the above referenced study to the Prince George’s County Council.  Maryland Department of Planning and the County Council. This study was requested by the County Council. The study examines the current state, trends, and future prospects for the golf industry in the county. Explores potential reuse options for unneeded or obsolete golf courses focusing mainly on Lake Arbor and Marlborough Country Club. The study concludes with recommendations on how the county can facilitate a successful solution to the current situation at both courses.
